Mainely Matters was founded by John Brier in 2020. John has been a full or part-time resident of the State of Maine for close to 40 years. John’s fondness for the State of Maine is what led him to start Mainely Matters, a podcast that aims to highlight Maine's leaders, Maine's people, and Maine's past, present & future. Working with a team of highly qualified and experienced hosts, Mainely Matters covers the issues, people and topics that matter in the state of Maine. Mainely Matters is a not-for-profit veteran owned organization.
